This page is maintained by the editors of DakkapelBedrijfKiezen.nl and explains, in plain language, what personal data we process and why. We collect as little as possible and we do not sell or share it with dormer companies.

The only two data flows on this site
1. Email you send us. When you contact info@dakkapelbedrijfkiezen.nl we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use it only to answer you.
2. Basic, anonymous usage statistics. To understand which pages help readers, we measure aggregate page views. We do not place advertising cookies, do not build profiles and do not pass data to third-party advertisers.
Why we may hold your data
Legal basis: answering an email you sent us is a legitimate interest (replying to your own question). Analytics data is processed on legitimate interest grounds and is aggregated.
Retention: emails are kept for as long as the conversation is useful and at most 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate analytics are kept indefinitely because they are not personal data.
GDPR rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. You may also object to processing or withdraw consent at any time.
Email info@dakkapelbedrijfkiezen.nl with your request. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Where the site runs
The site is hosted on infrastructure inside the European Economic Area. Email is processed by a standard European business email provider. We do not transfer personal data outside the EEA except via providers that operate under EU standard contractual clauses.
